Finding the time to workout can be difficult and is the number 1 reason people have for not being able to exercise, now with the simplicity of the workout plan, means all of the planning has been done for you. Each workout is separated into daily sessions.
All you need to do is simply click on the workout day that you’re on and just follow the video instructions, it really is that simple.

Your Nutrition Plan
The best way to maximise your weight loss results is to manage your calorie intake, so if your finding it hard to limit yourself to a specific daily calorie intake, then try one of the many nutrition plans provided in the program.
Each program has a specific daily calorie content. Just choose the calorie content specific to your needs and simply follow the instructions in the meal plan.
The proven and best way to get results when losing weight is to monitor the calorie and nutritional value of the food that you eat. I have made this super easy with each members own nutritional database.
Simply type in individual foods or some of your favorite meals to get a breakdown of the calorie content and nutritional value. This will give you a great advantage when keeping to a calorie controlled diet to help cut out the foods preventing you from reaching your weight loss goals.

Now that you have started your workouts and your managing your calorie intake, its time to start tracking your progress. To make your life easier i have created a progress tracker so you can easily track and compare as you progress. This will hopefully help you to reach and surpass your goal.
Simply add your photos and body measurements so that each time you want to log in and track your progress, you can simply compare your measurements as you work through the program.
