Workout Without the Gym?
Hate Going To The Gym But Still Want To Lose Weight
The good news is that you don’t need to spend hours on a treadmill or bruise your bum spending time cycling on the spot.
There is a misconception and miss information that many people believe you need to do hours of cardio for you to lose weight, this is simply not the case. While going for long runs or bike rides are great for burning calories and improving your endurance, its not the most effective way to lose weight and that you can workout without the gym.
There are many different ways in which you can exercise efficiently using specific workout methods designed to maximise your output while minimising the workout time. These workout methods consist of shorter periods of intense cardio with short active recovery periods followed by bursts of intense cardio. This particular type of cardio is very effective at fat burning and helping you lose weight.
Due to HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) cardio workouts being so effective at burning fat and helping people lose weight, it is one of the fundamental principles on which my weight loss program is based. Many of the workouts are only 20 minutes long, so they are great for people who don’t have a lot of time to dedicate to exercise.
One of the main reasons for them being so effective is that they push you to a high intensity for short periods which results in raising your metabolic rate higher for hours after a workout, meaning that you end up burning calories long after you’ve finished exercising. When you pair this type of cardio exercise with a proper diet, these training sessions can be extremely results driven.
